Return / Cancellation Policy

Healthy Back is committed to helping you feel better than ever before. Most Healthy Back purchases come with the reassurance of a 90 day money back comfort guarantee. For qualifying items you are not satisfied with, you may return the item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be returned in like new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

Items purchased online cannot be returned to our retail stores. All items purchased through Healthyback.com must be returned to Healthyback.com using the return instructions listed in this document.

Shipping Charges - Original outbound shipping, handling, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable. All items requiring pickup will incur a return handling fee.

Subject to the terms of this policy, should your purchase not meet or exceed your expectations, please feel free to bring it back hassle-free.

Hygiene Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items: Pillows, Pillowcases, Overlays, Sheets, Mattress Pads, Shoe Insoles, Lumbar Belts, Face Masks, Lumbar Supports, Seat Wedges & all Bed Accessories, Inflatable products or items that are used/worn against the skin.

Gift with Purchase(GWP) Items:

Gift(s) with Purchase(GWP) items will be charged at full retail prices should you return or cancel the corresponding purchase.

Mattresses/Foundations(excluding Tempur-Pedic):

You may return your mattress/foundation within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Mattress and foundation returns are subject to shipping and handling fees. Healthyback.com has several recommended freight carriers and we will coordinate a pickup upon request, but the cost of the return will be fully incurred by the purchaser. A credit will be applied within 14 business days after the mattress purchase has been picked up and proof of pickup can be verified by Healthy Back. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the pickup from the date of your call.

Tempur-Pedic Mattresses:

You may return your Tempur-Pedic mattress within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and handling. We will arrange for your pickup using our delivery service. In cases of free outbound shipping, a full refund minus a $159(for the 48 continental states) inbound shipping fee will be credited to your account. In cases of free shipping in Alaska and Hawaii we would charge the customer the actual cost Healthyback.com has been charged for outbound shipping. The credit will be applied within 14 business days after the mattress has been picked up. Please allow 6-8 weeks for the pickup from the date of your call. Free Return Shipping is available only for Queen, King, and California King mattresses delivered in the continental US Only. The OriginalBed, Advantage Bed(formerly the Symphony), Tempur-Pedic ErgoSystem and ClassicBed are excluded from this promotion.

Office Chairs:

All returns under our 90-day money back guarantee must be in "like new" condition. All items requiring pick up will be assessed a $69.99 return handling fee. Items must unassembled and boxed as received. Items received not in "like new" condition will be charged additional fees based on the wear and tear the item has incurred.

Special Order Merchandise:

All products that are based on custom colors, cut sizes, assembly, or customer's own material(COM) are considered Special Orders. Cancellations or changes are permitted within the first 24 hours after ordering. Special orders may not be cancelled after 24 hours and are sold on a final sale basis.

Adjustable sleep systems are sold on a final sale basis. No returns, no exchanges.

As Is, Certified Value, Clearance, Reconditioned, & Other Markdown Items:

These items are sold on a final sale basis. No returns, no exchanges.

Damaged Merchandise:

Healthy Back reserves the right to deny the requests for refunds or exchanges in the event that any item is soiled, stained, damaged, broken or has otherwise been altered as a result of customer use.

Canceling an Order(for all items except mattresses, mattress overlays, adjustable bases)

Please note that most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If your order has shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will need to follow the return instructions once you receive the package. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of your package in any way there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Please call 1-888-469-2225 to cancel an order.

Mattress/Mattress Overlay Order Cancellation

Please call 1-888-469-2225 to cancel your mattress order. You may call us to cancel a mattress purchase within 2 business days from date of purchase. If not canceled within 2 business days, there will be a $159 fee to cancel your mattress order. There will be a $40 fee to cancel a mattress overlay. Please call us to ensure your order gets cancelled before it ships.

Return Instructions

In order to return any item you must call for return authorization. Please call 1-888-469-2225 from 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday EST to request a return label to return your product. A prepaid label or call tag will be issued to you and deducted from your refund upon receipt of your return item. Healthyback.com will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return service.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refund and some items may require a nominal restocking fee not to exceed 10% of the purchase price. Refunds are issued within 10 business days from date of receipt of merchandise into our warehouse. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund following the outline below.

Only items that are returnable will be issued a return authorization. Please see details above for any items not covered under our 90 day comfort guarantee.

Small Items

Recliners, Massage Chairs, Office and Home Seating

If the merchandise is damaged or shipped in error, a full refund including shipping charges, or an exchange will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. Return pick up tags are issued to the original shipping address only.

It is important that you work with us to retrieve the item and get it back to our warehouse for proper credit.
