Inside of 180 days of delivery, those items are eligible for an exchange of equal or greater value. The item must be returned in like new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

Shipping Charges - Original outbound shipping, handling, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable. All items requiring pickup will incur a return shipping fee.
Pick-up Details:All Items will be picked up using a common ground or freight carrier. The pick-up for return normally happens within 3-4 business days from the date of request. The carrier will make up to three attempts to retrieve the merchandise from the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the item is ready for pick up. It will also be the purchaser's responsibility to make arrangements in order to hand off the package to the common carrier. For office Chairs we can supply one single size box that fits many of our chairs for a charge of $40 per box. Unfortunately, we are not able to schedule a specific day or time for pick-up.
Original outbound shipping charges are not eligible for refund. In cases of free outbound shipping, a full refund minus a modest return shipping fee will be credited to your account. In cases of free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico an additional return shipping fee may be assessed. Your account will be credited after Healthy Back verifies that your product has been returned. Please allow up to 10 business days for pickup from the date of your call. Return shipping charges for all items are listed below. These return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Items that are gifted at the time of purchase or (GWP) items will be charged at full retail prices should you return or cancel the corresponding purchase.
