Customer Service Representative

Overview

In this position, you will take incoming calls from customers who inquire regarding our comfort and pain relief products. You may also consult with customers via email and chat. At times, you will make outbound calls to follow up with customers on their orders, tell them about our latest specials, or simply ask them if they are happy with their purchase.

We're looking for self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals who are excited about meeting sales goals and promoting our products! Like a little healthy competition? Bring it on!

As you train, you will become an expert on Healthy Back products and give recommendations to customers based upon their needs. Perhaps the most satisfying part of this position is the fact that you are truly helping people "Feel Better Than Ever Before".

Best qualified candidates will have:

  • Sales experience: Candidates who have sold over the phone or via an electronic media such as Instant Messenger or Email are preferred. However, if you are a Sales Superstar in a face-to-face environment, then we want to talk to you!
  • Excellent communication skills: In order to be successful in this position, you need to be articulate, confident and persuasive with a professional demeanor.
  • A great work ethic and attitude: You will need to support your team, be on time, and bring a positive attitude into the sales center. We are looking for people who want to enjoy their work day and want to be part of a winning team!
  • Typing skills: You must possess the ability to type clearly, accurately and with few typos/grammatical errors. You must also have experience using the computer including experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word as well as the ability to move quickly between multiple tasks and programs.
