Healthy Back offers excellent easy financing options with your good credit! Here are some of the most frequently asked questions and some basic information. For more information, to apply or get specific terms contact us.

Do I need to make a purchase before applying for financing?

You do not need to purchase prior to applying!  In fact, we recommend that you browse before you apply.  Remember that you can use your credit account in our stores, as well.

What is the interest rate on the Low Monthly Payment option?

The standard rate is currently 9.99%.  Please see the terms & disclosures above.

What happens if I take more that 90 days to pay off the balance on the Pay Later promotion?

It is in your best interest to pay off your balance before the end of 90 days.  However, if you cannot, the deferred interest that has been accruing on your balance will be added to the principal.  Minimum monthly payments will be required.  Please see the terms & disclosures above.

What is my minimum payment?

That depends on your promotion!  If you choose 90 Days Pay Later- the payment is deferred for that time period.  After the 90 days your minimum payment is 3% of the outstanding balance or $10, whichever is greater.If you choose Low Monthly Payments - 4.61% for 24 months of the promotional purchase amount will be required each month in addition to any other required minimum payment
 
Can I see what my bill will look like?


In your first billing statement, you will receive an insert that explains everything you will see.

What is the status of my online credit application?

If you are approved, you will see an approval Pop-Up sheet indicating your account number, credit line amount, & a key reference number.

If you are not approved, you will receive a message stating the application is pending, & you will receive a letter within 7-10 business days. You can call (877) 317-5544 with further questions.

Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to accept businesses.

Where can I use my credit account?

You can use your account at any Healthy Back location, in the stores or online.  However, promotional offers in the store locations may vary from the promotional opportunities available online. To find the store nearest to you, go to the Healthyback.com Store Locations Page.

Is there a prepayment penalty?
 
No.

What is GEGAF?

 
The GECAF Private Label Card is a line of credit that can be used to purchase merchandise at Healthy Back. The GECAF card frees up your major bankcards for other purchases plus extended financing terms are available. The GECAF card offers you additional buying power!

Is there a grace period?

Because of the purchases made on this credit account are all promotional, there is no grace period.  Please see the Financing Options above.
