In a position in Store Management, you will be given the opportunity to take ownership and truly impact the success of your store and the company.  The ideal management candidates will possess at least 2-3 years of retail store management experience. They will have demonstrated success in retail store operations, an emphasis on customer service, comfort with managing P & L, and the ability to close big-ticket sales.  Candidates must have demonstrated success with building customer relationships, be excellent at multi-tasking, and enjoy working with lots of different personalities.

As a Comfort Consultant, you will promote our products and assist customers in our stores.  Qualified candidates will possess at least two years of experience in a sales and customer service intensive environment and have demonstrated success with building client relations and closing big-ticket sales.

Non-Sales Positions

As a Market Research Analyst, you will help us measure the success of various direct response marketing campaigns including direct mail, television, telephone, e-mail, and online, and as well as other advertising methods. This individual will produce actionable reports that can be used in making marketing strategy decisions and assist in setting up programs to analyze and segment customer groups. Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Management or Social Sciences preferred), considerable PC use (Excel proficiency a must), detail-orientation, and exceptional quantitative/analytical skills required.

In the Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for the timely distribution of merchandise to our stores as well as our customers. You will be loading and unloading trucks, delivering products to customers, and maintaining inventory in the warehouse as needed. While this is a day shift position, flexibility in scheduling is required including some evenings and weekends. Candidates must have a clean driving record, good references, and a "can-do" attitude.
