The Healthy Back 4-in-1 Pillow - This versatile pillow enables you to add support in four positions; under the head for proper spine alignment, under the neck for proper neck support, under the knees to relieve pressure associated with lower back pain & behind the back for gentle lumbar support.

The Healthy Back 4 in 1 Pillow can be appropriately used in a number of ways to add the needed comfort and support where your body needs it the most. By using the pillow under your head, your spine and back muscles will remain properly aligned. Placing the 4 in 1 Pillow under your neck will add proper neck support that conforms to the shape of your neck for a personalized feel. For people with lower back problems, the pillow can be placed under the knees to properly align your lower back. The pillow could even be used as a gentle lumbar support as you sit in the car or in a chair.Each position utilizes the pillows ability to mold to the user's body to add support and relieve strain where it is need the most. The visco-memory foam is also sensitive to temperature changes and will help you sleep without the effects of released body heat.
