The manufacturer warrants to the original customer that the products it manufactures are free of defects in craftsmanship and materials found during normal usage in the warranty period. With prompt written notice, Neutral Posture, Inc. shall repair or replace, at its option and cost, any products that fail to conform to the warranty with exception of items listed below.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by a carrier
- Normal wear and tear
- Defects caused by improper installation
- COM or other third party materials applied to the products
- Products subjected to improper use and conditions
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence accident or alteration
