Foam Rollers

Our lightweight foam rollers are great for dynamic strength training and releasing areas of chronic pain. These rollers are commonly used for a variety of pilates training and exercises. The durable rollers are great for myofascial release and for balance training! Extremely versatile - they can be used for everything from simple balance drills to golf swing practice, to yoga and Pilates!

Foam rollers are cylindrical in shape, light weight, and made of a polyethylene foam. Foam roller exercises enhance balance reactions, body awareness, muscle re-education, and core stability. The foam rollers come in a variety of sizes, are fun and easy to use and can be used in conjunction with resistive bands and weighted balls.

The half round foam roller versions can be used flat side down as a starting point. Progress to the round foam rollers when you’ve mastered the half round rollers.
