The Lynx Portable Back Stretcher by Teeter
Lynx springs into action within seconds and can offer near instant relief from backache and tight muscles by helping you to create the perfect amount of self-controlled traction. With ankles secured in the contoured foot supports, pushing firmly with your hands on the leverage handles results in a great stretch.
The moderate, self-administered traction when using the Lynx helps to realign the spine, increase flexibility in the joints, promote relaxation, and improve posture through better alignment. Decompressing the discs helps them to rehydrate for better shock absorption and reduced back pain.
