Tiger Balm ointments contain a combination of herbal oils (camphor, menthol, and others), which penetrates deep down into muscle tissue. The formula helps increase circulation to the area of application. This also helps carry away broken down cells and fluids like lactic acids which can cause sore muscles.

Developed in Rangoon, Burma in the 1870's by herbalist Aw Chu Kin, Tiger Balm has been used for more than 100 years and sold throughout the world.
