Here at Healthy Back we sell a lot of chairs -- perhaps you'll buy one from us today. In our stores we always recommend the use of a footrest with any office chair. This is because a footrest serves as an excellent reminder to sit all the way back in a chair, allowing the chair back to take some of the stress and strain off of YOUR back. The addition of a footrest also helps tip your pelvis slightly backward (posteriorly), pushing your back more firmly into the lumbar support of your chair. The Tilting Footrest has a top surface that moves, allowing you to find the most comfortable position for long bouts of sitting at your desk. Both versions of this footrest have bumpy top surfaces so that you can sneak a nice, soothing foot rub at any time of the day. Choose from the Tilting Footrest or the Fully Adjustable Footrest. The Fully Adjustable Footrest has three height adjustments that move the top surface from 3" to over 6" off the floor -- great for anyone under 5'6".
