Remote control in detail: Rolling – 1 speed – Feels like hands gently massaging one side of the back then the other side. Relieves tension and loosens the muscles. This prepares the back for a deeper massage
Kneading – 1 program 2 speeds – This is like thumbs firmly massaging both sides of the spine in circular motions. This goes deeper which lift and stretch muscles to help improve circulation.
