Only Stamina AeroPilates reformers add the benefit of cardiovascular fitness to traditional Pilates with the oversized Free-Form Cardio Rebounder. Just push off from the Free-Form Cardio Rebounder while lying on your back. You will feel your core engage and strengthen while you work your heart and lungs.
