Pilates Level 2 DVD
Information about the Pilates Level 2 DVD
The Pilates Level 2 Workout DVD is designed for the use on all the Pilates machines but is shows on the Aero Pilates. It is more challenging than the original intermediate workouts and needs to be attempted after the level 1 video is mastered. It includes internal and external rotation of the legs. It is a new addition for all other machine owners who already have the intermediate video. It will improve the tone, strength, coordination, kinesthetic awareness and flexability of the whole body. It is approximately 35 minutes long.
