The Pilates Level 3 DVD is the most advanced of all the Pilates videos. It includes internal and external rotation of the legs and challenges the body in all modes of fitness: tone, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, kinesthetic awareness and grace. It should be attempted after the level 1 and 2 videos have been mastered. This video is a more challenging routine than the original advanced videos and would be a wonderful addition to the other machine owners' library. It is approximately 45 minutes long.
