Designed to be used as individually regulated support and positioning aid in therapy, massage and relaxation. Used as training equipment for mobilization, strengthening, stabilization, relaxation, coordination, balance, and in Pilates exercises.
Made from high quality Ruton, with a smooth surface, and rounded ends for added comfort. Pressure can be individually regulated with the stopper closure and pump. Can be washed off hygienically, which is a great advantage over traditional foam rollers.
80cms in length, this pilates tool has a pleasant velvety surface that is soft, but not too soft.
