Delivery Information

Delivery can take from 10 days to 3 weeks depending on your location in the United States and depending on the type of delivery that is chosen. There are 2 types of delivery:

• Express: Normally a faster lead time that Inside Set-Up & Delivery however delivery is to the “curb” or to the outside of your residence. Some people prefer this delivery due to privacy or due to the choice of having a mattress delivered to a location other than where the mattress will “reside.” Please note that Mattress Removal is not available for Express Deliveries.
• Inside Set-Up: This includes the set-up & delivery of your new mattress -- it does not include moving furniture such as headboards or night tables. If you would like to have your current mattress removed, please ensure that you check the box in the drop-down menu. It normally takes longer for Inside Set-Up than Express, however, the delivery window is still within the 10 days to 3 weeks.

Please note that a delivery agent will call you approximately 48-72 hours before anticipated delivery to ensure that you are available – it is very important that the phone number written on your order is a number that you can be reached at to schedule delivery of your mattress.

Delivery Rates for Alaska and Hawaii and all other areas of the world are on a per location basis and vary, so please contact us and we will provide the cost within 1-2 days.
