I would like to compliment you and the Healthy Back store on several things: first, your excellent selection of items to help people like myself with back problems manage our lives with less pain while not sacrificing quality and high style: I am so excited about my new Alura Tempurpedic adjustable bed and pillows, along with my new Steelcase Leap work stool. They are both elegant and comfortable, seem to be built to last a long time, and should significantly enhance my quality of life.

The second compliment concerns your salesperson at the East Tysons store, Josh; he was just the right combination of helpful, but not hard-sell; knowledgeable about the various strong points of different chairs and beds, but respectful of my own tastes and concerns; and eager to work with me on affordability whenever possible. He also helped another customer the same afternoon, and she didn't even make it to her car before she returned to purchase two chairs, a desk chair and a beautiful green leather recliner. She also left very happy with her purchases, as did I. He and you both instilled a level of trust in the products and the store standing behind them, very important in such large purchases.

We purchased our Rhapsody Tempurpedic bed at Old Town Healthy Back almost 90 days ago. We were SO impressed with the service we received and we LOVE our new bed. My husband and I considered this purchase for almost five years before finally deciding to go through with it. We waited because the bed is expensive and we didn't know if it would be worth it. Now we wish we had gotten it five years ago.

I used to refer to going to bed as "entering the torture chamber." With our old bed I'd wake up time after time and in the morning my neck and back always hurt. With our new Tempurpedic I can't wait to go to bed. I feel like I don't move all night and when I wake up in the morning I'm rested and my body doesn't hurt. My husband and I are so glad we finally purchased this dream bed. It's like sleeping in a cloud. The foam just forms around your body and you feel like you're sleeping in a cloud. Now I refer to going to bed as "taking a trip to heaven."

As suggested, we are responding subsequent to our recent purchase of a Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody mattress. In a word, we love it! Both my husband and I were experiencing shoulder pains and back aches. And since we got our new mattress, voila. No more. Also, I used to wake up multiple times during the night. No more. Much better sleep in our reward for a smart purchase. We're so glad we got our new Rhapsody mattress.

I was totally impressed with Christina Rubalcava on Saturday. She answered every question, handled a family of brothers and sisters and in-laws professionally, spoke with her supervisor and warehouse people, making it possible for us to get the bed to our 95 year old father and father-in-law the same day and even managed to remove the old bed. She is a star. I have been in sales for 50 years and observed her with awe and respect.
