Healthy Back Inversion Table Reviewed By John

I am a Disabled Veteran who has lived for 14 years with debillitating back pain. I was hurt in the Army, and also while in the Army was hit by an 18 wheeler and thrown 60 feet outside of a vehicle. I spent years in physical therapy, weekly chiropractor visits and numerous shots of cortisone. A gentleman from my church suggested an inversion table. The one he let me borrow was made by another company. I went to the Healthy Back Store in Raleigh, NC and Mr. Don helped me with the purchase of a Healthy Back Inversion Table. It has absolutely changed my life. I went from a 7-9 back pain on a pain scale of 1-10 for the past 14 years, to a 2-3 on a 1-10 pain scale. In only 3 months. The Healthy Back Inversion table has a longer arm so I do not have to bend down as far to hook your feet in. It is more comfortable on the legs and feet and it also has bars on the side that allow you to get a deeper stretch. If my back feels like it is "going out" then 3-5 minutes on this table will adjust it back into place, stretch the muscles and get much needed blood flow back into the pinched area of the back. I have not had to go to the Chiropractor in 3 months, because the adjustment he did with force, I can do in my own home, slowly and naturally as a maintenance program in my back rehabilitation stages. Almost everyone (get medical advice first) can benefit from lying on this table for 3-5 minutes a day at the 20-30degree range. No steeper angle is needed to get all of the benefits you will need dailty. It has work for me, much better then a chair only one complaint, the cushions at the bottom where my knees go need a little more density as of now 3 years later my knees hurt if im seated for long periods 45 min, if only they were a little more dense and yet soft it might help. Also if your 6'0" it might be a bit small im 5'8" and my knees barely fit keep that in mind. But overall this in a great invention.

It was like finding the holy grail, or a Goldilocks story come to life. I could never find a pillow to comfortably support my head/neck: down was too soft, Temperpedic too hard. My neck pain is now almost completely gone. And the way it supports my head--keeping it level--also prevents sinus drainage so my nose is clear and I breathe more easily--I even snore less. Also, the contour shape means my shoulders don't get scrunched up on the pillow so there's no pain in the morning. Overall, my sleep quality has improved dramatically since I bought this Technogel pillow 3 weeks ago. If you're a small person or a very large person the pillow might not support your head at the correct angle. I'm 6 ft/170 lbs and it's perfect for me.

I have now slept 50 days on the Pure Latex Bliss “Pristine” latex mattress and think it's time to share my “short term” findings/opinion. “This is one AWSOME mattress!” I have not had ONE night of uncomfortable sleep. (Except for that night we tried the Dri-Tec mattress protector) There are no pressure points in any sleeping position, it conforms to your body shape instantly and feels just perfect to my 165lb body weight. It's like the Latex is pushing on your body, but you don't feel any pressure of the pushing. (A lovely feeling) I have not awakened to any back or other body pain in the morning, due to the mattress being either too soft or too hard. The Celsion material mixed into the top layer of the Latex continues to perform just like the manufacture states in their literature. In the winter months with the proper blanket it gets you to the perfect cozy sleeping temperature quickly and you wake in the morning at that same temperature. At first, I was worried that this might be a “Gimmick”, but it is not, it works for me. How will it do in the summer months? I'll report back later. I'm happy with the performance of this mattress and the purchase process from the Healthy Back store.

I've been searching (not hard) for years to find a pillow that relieves the pressure pain in my ear when I sleep. I am a side sleeper, and after hours on my ear, it is terribly painful. I've even tried a tempurpedic pillow with an ear hole, to no avail. I don't know what it is about the TechnoGel pillow, but it works and it is amazing. I noticed some of the other reviews mention the coolness of the TechnoGel. It is nice, but I only notice it when I am first falling asleep and cannot tell during the night past that. Terribly expensive, but worth a full night's sleep.

I'm 32 and was diagnosed with a "bulging disc" issue in the middle of my back. I asked my physical therapist about inversion tables and she said "it couldn't hurt" and she knew of people that have avoided discectomy surgery with these tables. Its been a year since i've been using this and it is amazing. If i feel the sting of my back going out again i jump on this thing for 10-15 min and i'm back in action. My 93 year old mother can still get around the house but getting out of chair was a challenge. This model is comfortable and easy to use. The battery backup has been used on several occasions with the power outages from storms.

I wanted a gift for the in-laws.... she has everything and he was recovering from surgery and both were way stressed out. He was worrying about blood clots (I thought this might at least help him think it would be good for his circulation and it would keep her a little more relaxed while staying with him in the hospital). It didn't take me long to decide I needed two - one for them and one for me. When I start to feel a migraine coming on or am feeling overwhelmed, I head for my pillow. Try laying down with the pillow at the base of your brain, turn it on and move it down by inches til you reach the base of your spine. You will have pushed every bit of stress all of the way down and out. Of course you may need help getting up, but you feel so much more relaxed. Big hint - if you are a migraine person... skip the heat function as it constricts the blood vessels. Other than that, it's fantastic!!

I have been using this system for at least 15 yrs. It is the BEST on the market as it comes with an outer casing. The cold stays actually for at least an hour maybe a little more. If you have low back spasms--my recommendations are to get the x-long as it will also decrease the swelling across your buttocks as well. It's better than some meds at times...I use it sparingly as I want it to work when I REALLY need it. Good luck.

There are many chairs to choose from these days, yet I still had a difficult time. I'm happy with my selection. The Zody moves with me seamlessly, and I really like how there is great lumbar support that you can adjust up or down, so someone like me can actually get the right support at the proper location. I have awful posture and a swayback, yet in this chair I feel wonderful. The adjustable arms help a lot, too. Swinging them in or out is a great feature. I got the fabric seat, not the leather.

I LOVE this pillow. I've had it about a month now. I DID go back to my old down pillow for about four nights about a week after having the Tempurpedic Pillow. Wanted to see if there REALLY was a difference. There was! I woke up three or four times three of the four nights I slept on the old pillow. With the Tempurpedic I may get up once but once I'm back in bed it's only a matter of moments before I'm asleep again. I can't believe I'm saying this, but before I had the new pillow around three in the afternoon, EVERY afternoon I'd feel like I needed a nap. I no longer feel that. Can't believe a pillow would make that big a difference, but it is the ONLY change I've made to my sleeping patterns. The pillow is VERY firm. Wasn't sure how I'd feel about that, but It does give a bit. It's funny (ha-ha) but I actually look forward to going to bed now. If you can afford the pillow, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I'm SOOOOO happy that I spent the money to get it. I think it has made a HUGE difference in my sleep patterns. Heck, if I don't get tired in the middle of the day now, that's gotta say something, doesn't it?
