What if my item is out of stock?

We will contact you with a estimated in stock date—should you need your item more quickly, we'll do our best to suggest alternative items/colors.

How do I check the status of my order?

How do I change or cancel an order?

Please call us at 1-800-469-2225 Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday through Sunday from 10am to 6pm (EDT). Please note that any other method of communication will not guarantee cancellation.

We will make every attempt to cancel your order per your request. Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within in 1-2 business days. If your order has shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will need to follow the above return instructions once you receive the package. All return charges apply (please refer to the HealthyBack.com return policy above for specific charges).


Refusing Shipment

Refusing shipment for any reason other than for damaged merchandise will be treated as a return and all fees listed below will apply. If you are refusing the item due to damage you must note it at time of delivery. If the damage is not noticed until the package has been accepted and the box opened, you must contact customer service within 24 hours and supply pictures of the damage. The carrier may need to come retrieve the box and its contents for inspection. Do not discard the box or packaging until the claim has been completely processed. This can take up to 8 business days. Replacement merchandise will be shipped out within 3 – 5 business days from receipt of the damaged merchandise.

Credit Card Payment Options:

Healthyback.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards. Please ask us about our own financing through Wells Fargo. If your billing information does not match the shipping information on your credit card, HealthyBack.com reserves the right to request you add the shipping address to your credit card account. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

Checks, Money Orders & CODs:

Healthyback.com accepts checks and money orders as payment options. If you are paying by check (U.S. address only and U.S. Funds Only), or money order (U.S. Funds Only), please mail a copy of your receipt to:

General Shipping Information:

Ground Shipping:

All standard shipping is free with purchase. FedEx Ground Shipping is available to any destination in the Continental United States. Please note that small packages may require a delivery signature unless otherwise selected/noted in the comments of your order. Ground shipping is for curbside drop off only. Average shipping time is between 5 - 7 business days for in stock items. If you live in an apartment, they will deliver to the lobby. Additional shipping charges may apply to destinations located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Express and Overnight Shipping:
Express and Overnight Shipping are available upon request for an additional charge. Orders must be placed before 11am EST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am will ship the next business day.

Overnight Priority shipping: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Please see http://www.fedex.com/us/services/express/us/po.html for additional information.

Overnight shipping: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Please see http://www.fedex.com/us/services/express/us/so.html for additional information.

White Glove Delivery:

We are able to offer premium white glove delivery on most items we carry for an additional charge. White glove delivery for local shipments (within 50 miles of our store locations) are below. Additional charges will apply for out of market White Glove Delivery. Contact us for a quote.

International Shipping (including Canada):

Many of our items are eligible for international shipping. For more information on international shipping, please call us at 800-469-2225. We are unable to ship Tempur-Pedic, Herman Miller, and Steelcase products internationally.

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser. HealthyBack.com is not responsible for any customs clearance charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from HealthyBack.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Please be aware that shipping products internationally which cross-borders are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Special Orders:

Special order items ship directly from the manufacturer. They will be delivered by a common freight or ground carrier. Delivery is to your curb side or loading dock only. You will receive a call from the carrier to arrange a time of delivery. Delivery is available Monday - Friday. Being that special order items aren't manufactured until the order is placed, tracking information is not immediately available. We will update you with information regarding your order upon request.
