All new beds purchased in a Healthy Back retail store come with a 100 night comfort guarantee! Our seven day loaner pillow program allows you to take a loaner pillow home and sleep on it before you make your final decision. Subject to the terms of this policy, should your purchase not meet or exceed your expectations, please feel free to bring it back hassle-free.

Healthy Back will meet or beat any authorized dealer’s price, guaranteed. 30 days from purchase, if an authorized dealer has a lower advertised price for new merchandise on the same available brand or model, we will refund the difference plus 10% of the difference.

Return Policy exceptions:

Mattresses & Flat Foundations: Healthy Back’s unique 100 night sleep satisfaction guarantee is the best in the business! When you purchase a mattress from us, you are making an excellent investment in your health and comfort. Due to the unique performance features of the beds we offer, we require your commitment to keep and use your bed for at least 30 days from your date of delivery. Limit one exchange or return per customer.

Pillows, Pillowcases, Toppers, Sheets, Mattress Pads & Bed Accessories: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products used or worn against the skin. Pillows purchased under our loaner program are returnable.

Gift with Purchase (GWP) Items and Guardsman Plans: Gift(s) with Purchase (GWP) items will be charged at full retail prices should you return or cancel your corresponding purchase. All Guardsman Protection Plans are nonreturnable upon delivery of merchandise.

Adjustable Sleep Systems: These items are returnable less a 50% restocking fee to be deducted from the original purchase price.

Massage Chairs, Lift Chairs, Clearance Items & Floor Models: These items are sold on a final sale basis. No exchanges.

Special Order Merchandise: All products that are based on custom colors, cut sizes, assembly or customer’s own material are considered Special Orders. Cancellations or changes are permitted within the first 72 hours after ordering. Special Orders may not be cancelled or returned after the 72 hour period has expired.

Return Shipping Charges: All items requiring pickup, including exchanges, will incur return handling fees as follows: 

Mattresses and Home Seating: $109.99. Office Seating and Inversion Tables: $59.99. Small items such as lumbar supports and handheld massagers: $15.99. Healthy Back reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange based on the condition of the product or to reduce the amount of the return/exchange based on the condition of the product.

Cash/Check Refund Policy: All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment; cash refunds exceeding $25.00 and check refunds will be mailed directly from our corporate office within 14 to 28 business days.

What You Should Do If There Is A Problem: If you have a concern or quality issue, we will work with you to correct it.
